Let me take you through the house

When you are pre-selling a house on-line it's so important that potential buyers have the "Big Picture" well before they visit a listing in person.

With our video's you can have a "fly through" of the whole listing.  
Your buyer will be given a "first person" experience of the property.  

Beginning with the walk up to the front door, your buyer will bein imagining themselves arriving home after a day at work.

Then the video will move from room to room, interjected with still images of room highlights, further creating in your buyers mind what it will be like to call this listing their "home".

You could even add some aerial video, showing your buyer how big the listing is compared to other homes nearby.  Or showcase how close the listing is to a local shopping and entertainment complex, how near the listing is to public transport, schools or other points of interest.

It's the Video Tour that will really have your buyer pre-sold way before they attend an inspection.  After a Video Tour you wont be selling the listing to your buyer, you'll only be confirming  the reasons why THEY have decided they want to live there!
